Refund policy
We want you to love your ecopeco® mat, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at max@ecopeco.art with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you no longer want your mat (even if it’s in perfect condition), you’re welcome to return it. In this case:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The original shipping cost included in your order will not be refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund — including any shipping fees — depending on the situation. Subjective characteristics such as minor scent from packaging, shipping, or storage are not considered defects.
3. Orders Cancelled in Transit
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped but before it arrives, it will be treated as a 'change-of-mind' return (see point 1). You may return the item once it arrives, following the same steps described above. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping fee once the item is returned to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We are based in Taiwan, and all returns must be shipped to our Taiwan address.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
