1. Overview
ecopeco® is a Taiwan-based company that designs and sells eco-friendly cutting mats to international customers. Our products are shipped from Taiwan and sold for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide, primarily via Taiwan Post. In some cases, we may use a courier service (particularly for Australian orders or large items). Processing typically occurs the next business day, and most deliveries arrive within 7–12 business days, though delays may occur due to customs or postal service disruptions.
4. Customs & Import Duties
ecopeco® mats typically do not incur customs duties when shipped to the United States for personal use. However, customs processes vary by country and may occasionally apply fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Briefly:
• Damaged items or errors on our part are eligible for full refunds or replacements.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. The customer must cover return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Product Availability & Accuracy
We strive to keep our product listings accurate and up to date, but occasionally errors in pricing, availability, or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders if necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ecopecoart.com — including product names, images, designs, and text — is the intellectual property of ecopeco® and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Customers may not use our site or products for any unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes, or attempt to interfere with the functionality of the website or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from use of our website or purchases must be resolved under Taiwanese jurisdiction.
