Shipping policy


All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Taiwan.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding national holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


USA & International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Taiwan Post and reliable courier partners. Most international deliveries arrive within 7–12 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary based on your location, local postal service, customs clearance, or unexpected delays beyond our control.

International shipments may occasionally be held for inspection by customs authorities in the destination country. During this time tracking may show messages such as “processing through customs.” Unfortunately this process is handled by government agencies and cannot be accelerated by us or the carrier.

If a shipment appears delayed after arriving in the destination country, the parcel is already within the local postal network. At this stage, any inquiries must be made with the recipient’s local postal service, as ecopeco® is unable to access or intervene in domestic postal systems from Taiwan. In rare cases where a parcel appears lost, postal carriers require a waiting and investigation period (typically up to 45 days from shipment) before a parcel can be officially declared lost. Once confirmed lost by the postal carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

While some parcels arrive earlier than expected, others might take longer. Rest assured, nearly all orders are delivered successfully. If you need an update, feel free to contact us anytime at support@ecopeco.com.


Customs & Import Fees

ecopeco® mats, in our experience, do not incur customs duties when shipped to the U.S. or other countries for personal use. However, on rare occasions, customs may assess additional fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.


Packaging & Handling

ecopeco® mats are packed flat and securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
